Business activity
On brewstock.fr, HOPSTOCK sells, in its own name and on behalf of partner growers, hops whose grower is named on each product page (sale on commission, article L132-1 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce)). HOPSTOCK is the seller of all the products offered: it collects the price, issues the invoices and is answerable for the sale. The terms of sale are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Intellectual property
The entire website (texts, photographs, logos, the “brewstock” trade mark, layout) is protected by intellectual property law. It belongs to HOPSTOCK or to third parties who have authorised HOPSTOCK to use it. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited (articles L122-4 and L335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle)).
