The fact of placing an order implies the unreserved acceptance of the terms of sale and the prices indicated on the site. BREWSTOCK is mutually committed to respecting the obligations incumbent upon it. These conditions apply exclusively to all orders placed via the brewstock.co.uk website online or by telephone.
Warranty and litigation.
Unless otherwise agreed, the liability of BREWSTOCK cannot be held responsible for the death of the plants delivered, as too many factors are beyond our control.
Protection of personal data:
All the data you give us is used to process your orders and will not be used outside our company or distributed to anyone else. Under the law n° 2018-493 20 june 2018, In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés), you have the right to access, consult, modify, rectify or delete the data you have provided to our customer service.
The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares that he/she accepts them without reservation.
The present general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between BREWSTOCK and its Customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other terms and conditions appearing in any other document, except in the case of prior, express and written derogation.
The photographs and technical sheets or advice illustrating the products are not part of the contract. BREWSTOCKcannot be held responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
All prices are indicated inclusive of all taxes (V.A.T. included at the rate of 10% or 20% depending on the product and excluding shipping costs.
Price fluctuations cannot give rise to any compensation. For example, an order placed on D-day will not benefit from a more advantageous rate set up on D+1.
Prices are expressed in euros on brewstock.fr the prices indicated on the product sheets do not include transport costs, unless specified. Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination.
The total amount indicated in the order confirmation is the final amount, expressed inclusive of all taxes, including VAT for France and E.E.C. countries. It includes the price of the products, the handling, packaging and storage costs of the products, and the transport costs.
The automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. BREWSTOCK confirms the acceptance of its order to the Customer at the e-mail address that the latter has provided. The sale will not be concluded until we receive your payment.
Any order can only be considered as final after BREWSTOCK has confirmed it by sending a confirmation e-mail to the Customer.
In the event of a dispute, BREWSTOCK reserves the right not to honour the order if the Customer is unable to provide a confirmation e-mail.
BREWSTOCK reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
Orders can only be dispatched after full payment has been received.
Orders are prepared as far as stock conditions allow. In the event that a product is temporarily unavailable, BREWSTOCK may replace it with an equivalent or higher value product, or offer the Customer the choice of another item of equivalent value or a refund for the missing item.
The information given by the buyer when placing an order is binding, including in the case of orders placed by telephone: in the event of an error, imprecision or omission in the wording of the recipient’s details, BREWSTOCK cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the buyer’s order. Thus, the Customer will have to pay the shipping costs again if the address entered on the order form is incorrect or incomplete. If an error is detected by the Customer, it must be reported within 24 hours of the order being issued.
The amount invoiced to the Customer is the amount indicated on the order confirmation sent. This amount is payable in cash on the day the order is placed. Each order will be dispatched only after confirmation by our bank of the effective payment of the order.
Payment is made by credit card bearing the CB symbol:

The Customer’s bank details travel directly from their computer to Stripe in an encrypted format using SSL technology, the most commonly used technology for online payments today. This information does not pass through the BREWSTOCK website.
The order validated by the Customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centres concerned have given their agreement. In the event of refusal by the said centres, the order will be automatically cancelled and the Customer will be informed by e-mail.
Delivery will be made by colissimo, Chronopost, GLS, or by other carriers that we will choose.
A – Delivery by Colissimo or GLS
In the case of delivery by Colissimo/Chronopost, if the Customer is not at home on the day of delivery, he/she has fifteen days to collect it from his/her post office. After this period, the parcel is returned to BREWSTOCK and the Customer will have to pay the delivery charges again in order to have the order reshipped.
In the case of delivery by GLS, if the Customer is not at home on the day of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notice of passage. The Customer must then contact the delivery agency again to reschedule a new delivery.
In case of deliveries by Colissimo/Chronopost or GLS, BREWSTOCK will inform you by e-mail of the date of shipment of your order. A tracking link allows Customers to follow their package.
A – Cas des livraisons par transporteur autre que Colissimo ou GLS
In the case of deliveries by carrier, BREWSTOCK or the carrier itself contacts the recipients for delivery.
Delivery times are given as an indication, and any delays cannot give the buyer the right to claim damages. However, if these deadlines exceed those announced, the Customer must inform BREWSTOCK in order to check with the appointed carrier.
For all items other than hops :
The buyer has a period of 14 days to retract from the day of delivery. He/she must give his/her decision in writing (letter, e-mail, fax). He must inform BREWSTOCK‘s customer service of his wish to activate his right of withdrawal.
The buyer must return the goods to BREWSTOCK by his own means and at his own expense.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the buyer, BREWSTOCK is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

For hops (flowers, pellets, fresh)
Fresh hops or flowers cannot be taken back by BREWSTOCK.
Pellet hops can be taken back under certain conditions:
The buyer has a period of 7 days to retract from the day of delivery. He/she must give his/her decision in writing (letter, e-mail, fax).
After agreement by BREWSTOCK, the buyer shall return the goods at his own expense, after having ensured that these items can travel in the same conditions as they were delivered.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the buyer, BREWSTOCK is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

This contract is subject to French law. BREWSTOCK cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material or immaterial or physical, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the marketed products. The same applies to any changes in the products resulting from the manufacturers.
BREWSTOCK‘s liability will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be called into question for simple errors or omissions which may have remained, despite all the precautions taken, in the presentation of the products.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be sought.
The personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is compulsory, as this information is essential for the processing and routing of orders, the drawing up of invoices and warranty contracts.
Failure to provide this information will result in the order not being validated. The Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978). Furthermore, BREWSTOCK undertakes not to communicate, free of charge or in return for payment, the details of its customers to a third party.
