It arrived in Europe in the early 2010s, in England, France, then Germany and Poland.

Planning to brew an American Pale Ale, an IPA, a pale ale? French organic Cascade is the ideal variety!

Its genetics are surprising: it comes from a Russian variety, Serebrianka, an English variety, Fuggle, and a wild American variety.
It has caused an upheaval in the hop world since its release, and many varieties are descended from it:

Santiam, also produced by Houblon de la Motte

Mistral

Pilgrim

Hallertau Blanc

Mandarina Bavaria

Cashmere

You can substitute Cascade with these varieties, or with:

Chinook,

Columbus.

Centennial (also known as the “Super Cascade”)

Organic hops from Flanders, produced by Houblon de la Motte since 2017

Vacuum-packed and under inert gas, resealable

Buy now or 3-harvest contract

3-harvest supply contract: minimum 50 kg per year (10 bags of 5 kg), price per kilo fixed for the 3 harvests.
